Description

Post Office Mailbox Door Bank circa 1950’s. The door was manufactured by the Corbin Lock Company and features two dials. The door is Nickel plated Bronze with a “Sunburst” and rays that radiate from the center.  Combination is fully functional and included.

The door was in service at a College Canton NY from the 50’s. It was sold as a part of the college upgrade program and replaced with a Key type door.

The box is constructed from salvaged rustic wormy White Oak with a natural Shellac Finish. Original door number can be changed up to 4 digits. Just include a note at time of purchase with your select number. There is a coin slot it the top and protective felt pads on the bottom. Bank measures 5″ wide x 4″ deep x 6″ tall.
