Description
Mailbox Door Bank from Grove City College # 712. This Mailbox Door is from the 1940’s and made from Zinc. It was in service at Grove City College between the 40’s and late 70’s.
Professor John Otto acquired over 100 of these doors from a mail room remodel and stored them in his Garage for 50 years prior to contacting Wood-N-You like it. We have Hand Craft boxes aged Pennsylvania Cherry to explicitly showcase the Eagle Door. A Medallion has been added to the top to specifically identify the mailbox door Bank. The Cherry has an Oil and Wax finish and protective felt pads on the bottom.
This limited addition Grove City Mailbox Door bank is sure to be a treasured keepsake for all GCC alumni. Don’t wait, act now as this is one of very few that remain for sale.
We offer a ‘Lost Combination” service. Simply e-mail us the 5 digit code from the bottom of the Bank and we will send the combination.
All our Banks ship FREE within the 50 United States via Priority Mail.
