Mailbox Door Bank # 29. Hand Crafted box constructed from salvaged “beetle pine” with heavy grey streaking.  Beetle pine is Western White Pine that has been attached by the Pine Bark Beetle.  The Beetle attack leaves a random grey stain in the wood. This rustic box is heavily streaked.  It has a natural Shellac finish. The box has a coin slot on top, and protective felt pads on the bottom. The cast Bronze door is clearly dated 1961 and makes an excellent Birthday Gift.
