1906, Antique Post Office Door Bank #63

Description

Antique Post Office Door Bank #1163This door comes to us from a collector in the Austin Texas area. The Cast Bronze door was made by the Keyless Lock company of Indianapolis in 1906 and is fully functional with the original two digit combination.  The box is Hand Crafted from White Oak with an accent center of Red Oak . The wood is cut so the grain wraps around the box in a “waterfall” pattern. The wood is finished with a traditional oil and wax finish.

There is a coin slot on top, and protective felt pads on the bottom. Combination and instructions are provided.
