1901 Star Dial, Post Office Door Bank #52

Description

Unique cast Bronze Post Star Dial Office Door Bank uses the “Points of the Compass” rather than number or letters to unlock the working combination. Box is Hand Crafted from Hemlock Barn wood salvaged from a late 1800’s farm house in south western PA.  Box has a natural Shellac finish. Size 4″ deep, 5″ wide, and 6″ tall.

Manufactured by the American Post Office Equipment Co, of Chicago in 1901. The number can be replaced with your custom number up to 4 digits. Indicate your custom number in the comments box on the check out page. There is coin slot in the top and protective felt pads on the bottom.
